Heritage

Establish a baseline of biodiversity and ecosystem services in the territory (vertebrate inventory; inventory of invertebrate groups that can be used as an environmental indicator, tree inventory, as well as current connectivity between remnants; carbon baseline inventory below and above ground). Assess the succession stage of current remnants, together with Permanent Preservation Areas (APP) and biological corridors to establish the best restoration method to be applied.

Status

December/2021 – Archaeological diagnostic work has begun. The contracting of the company that will carry out the environmental heritage studies was concluded. In parallel, the component is developing other activities such as organizing a workshop on sustainability and LL, and elaborating academic projects on biodiversity.
